Skin Tags
Skin tags are small, harmless growths of skin that typically occur in areas of friction, such as the neck, armpits, and groin. Preauricular skin tags are those that appear in front of the ear, while neck skin tags occur on the neck. While skin tags are not harmful, they can be unsightly and cause discomfort and can become infected.
Treatment options for skin tags include cryotherapy (freezing), electrocautery (burning), or surgical excision and laser excision usually done under Local anaesthesia.
