Linear Morphea, also known as En Coup de Sabre, is a rare autoimmune skin condition that primarily affects the forehead and scalp. It appears as a band-like depression on the skin, resembling a scar from a sword stroke, hence the name. This condition leads to skin hardening, discoloration, and, in some cases, affects the deeper tissues, including fat, muscles, and even bone, causing facial asymmetry.

While the exact cause remains unknown, Linear Morphea is believed to be an *autoimmune disorder* where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy skin and connective tissues. Possible triggers include:
Genetic factors
Previous infections or injuries
Environmental influences
